About
Maset is a neighbourhood bistro inspired by France’s Mediterranean coast, from the bouillabaisse of Marseille and the rice of the Carmargue to Pâtes au Pistou from Nice.
Maset takes its name from vineyard houses in the region. The restaurant has been created by Melody Adams, co-founder of Basque-inspired restaurants Lurra and Donostia.
She says: “We wanted to create a space that takes our guests on a journey through the South of France and its historical Occitan region, where each dish tells a story, reimagined with a modern Maset touch”.
Maset welcomes guests for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and offers a delicious bar snack menu and drinks throughout the afternoon. Guests can choose from a selection of European wines and enjoy Maset’s mediterranean inspired cocktails, all expertly prepared by skilled mixologists.
“Signature dishes feature Bouillabaisse croquettes, basil linguine, seabass crudo, monkfish on the bone, chicken stuffed with veal, côte de boeuf & for dessert, orange blossom fougasse.”
